Angie Drake
I have been in the beauty industry for over 14 years. I started doing nails, pedicures and massage in Nebraska. After moving to Minnesota in 2001, I began working at Hair on Main in Virginia, MN. I then went back to school to get my cosmetology license and proceeded to work at Master Stylist also in Virginia. From there I decided open my own shop located in Kinney, MN. As business grew the time came to expand. Becoming an Aveda Concept Salon and Spa in downtown Virginia, MN was ideal. I love doing hair and spa services. Making people look and feel good about themselves is very rewarding to me. It is my hope that every client that walks into Laurentian Divide Salon and Spa feels warm and welcomed.
Carrie Edwards
I graduated from the Aveda Institute located in Minneapolis, MN in 2000. Since then, I have worked at the Hair on Main in Virginia, MN and the Language of Hair in Duluth, MN. I have received continuing education including several classes in Las Vegas, NV. I love my job because I really enjoy helping people feel good about themselves.

Andrea Ross
I went to beauty school in Hibbing, MN at Cosmetology Careers Unlimited. I have been doing hair for 5 years. I enjoy making people happy with how they look. I love my job and cannot imagine doing anything else.
Amie Valesano
I graduated in 2004 from Boulder College of Massage Therapy in Boulder, Co. I am a Certified Massage Therapist with over 1,200 hours of training. I specialized in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Postpartum and Animal Massage. I moved back to Northern MN in 2005. I enjoy music, the outdoors, spending time with my family and friends and making a difference in people's lives.
Erica Christie
I graduated from North Hennepin Community College in Brooklyn Park, MN with my Associate of Arts degree in 2006. I then attended Lake Superior College in Duluth, MN and graduated as a Massage Therapist in 2008. I am also a current member of the American Massage Therapy Association. I believe in massage as not only a way to relax, but as a holistic healer. I thoroughly enjoy helping clients become relaxed and regain a sense of well being.
Megan Talley
I graduated from Scot Lewis School of Cosmetology in Bloomington, MN in 2008 and receive my license in Esthiology. I also work at Northern Image Salon, Inc in Ely, MN. I love meeting new people and enjoy making people better about themselves through skincare. I am very passionate about my career and plan to continue my education in esthetics.
